Coming & Going

Vendors & Food
There will be a variety of food, drink and merchandise vendors at the gathering. More info about food in particular TBA. Most likely you will want to also bring some easy to prepare snacks as there will be limited cookstoves available onsite and no open flame policy.
Common Cook Zone
There will be a central area with cooking burners for your usage, along with a dish washing area. As these are communal, they will be available on a first come first serve basis. Collaborative meals are highly encouraged.

Getting Here, Travel & Parking
Our biggest challenge is going to be getting everyone landed onsite before the opening ceremony on Friday evening as the venue can’t open to the public before 4pm.
What will help: carpool! Have a look at Google maps before arriving! Travel light!
We will have people directing traffic to the first exit for Providence farm: parking at the Donnay Field. Folks will be directed to park and then assisted to load in their gear onto the main festival grounds. Camping is in the woods and field near the official entry.
Carpooling
Carpooling will be highly encouraged and organization of shared rides supported by a regional coordinator team. Parking located in the side field of Providence farm along Donnay Drive; you will be directed where to park on arrival.
